General Statement of Essential Job Tasks: 
 
 
Works closely with agencies to customize and configure content using the IntelliComm™ software program. Build complex spreadsheets, tests functionality of custom configurations.  Works on and collaborates with a cross-functional team. 
 
 
Reports to:   Director of IntelliComm Services 
 
General Description of Essential Job Tasks: 
The following are general descriptions of the essential job tasks of the position.  Other related tasks may be assigned as necessary and appropriate. 
 
 
Configure customer-specific settings and customizations using the IntelliComm™ customization management software tool
 
Build, test, and validate custom configurations within the software platform to ensure functionality meets client requirements 

Responsible for carrying out detail-oriented, precision work and performing quality assurance for software-based systems and services

Deliver assignments on time with quality and courteousness when working with internal stakeholders and external partners.
 
Update and track all activities in the Salesforce CRM. 

Assist in the assembly and shipping of emergency dispatch Guidecard rack 
 
Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the IntelliComm Services Director.  
 
Compensation: $42,500.00 - $44,500.00 per year
