You’ll be successful at this role if you have… 

  • Baccalaureate degree with demonstrated experience with Salesforce administration and development, SQL development (DML and DDL SQL commands), reporting, system integration, requirement management, testing, and supporting multiple environments.
  • 3 years’ experience leading teams as a project manager and/or a business analyst
  • Association Management System / CRM experience, Salesforce Lightning Web Components development experience preferred
  • Understanding the concepts of data communications and networking
  • Relational database, SQL, MRS, Salesforce Programmer experience
  • PMP, BA, or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
  • Solid understanding of the principles of database design, implementation and business process workflow
  • Strong business and systems analysis skills, test planning and quality control skills, troubleshooting skills, and experience with numerous environments and architectures
  • Experience with requirements management, use case and modeling tools.

Compensation: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
