- Baccalaureate degree with demonstrated experience with Salesforce administration and development, SQL development (DML and DDL SQL commands), reporting, system integration, requirement management, testing, and supporting multiple environments.
- 3 years’ experience leading teams as a project manager and/or a business analyst
- Association Management System / CRM experience, Salesforce Lightning Web Components development experience preferred
- Understanding the concepts of data communications and networking
- Relational database, SQL, MRS, Salesforce Programmer experience
- PMP, BA, or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
- Solid understanding of the principles of database design, implementation and business process workflow
- Strong business and systems analysis skills, test planning and quality control skills, troubleshooting skills, and experience with numerous environments and architectures
- Experience with requirements management, use case and modeling tools.
